The law firm originated in the mid 1980’s when Phillip Fishman started a solo practice in Minneapolis. In those early days, Mr. Fishman was also teaching constitutional law at Augsburg College in Minneapolis and at the University of Minnesota. mr. fishman was joined by three of his top students, Misti Allen Binsfeld, Greg Bachmeier and Rachel Engebretson.
